Description

Now that you have the hang of things, you're ready to turn things up a notch and boost the shred! This PDF consists of Part 2 of 2 of my "Built Like a Boss" program. This phase will have 6 weeks of full workouts and nutrition recommendations in order for you to see success. You will still be on a 5 DAY SPLIT. This program includes one 5-day split that you will repeat weekly for 6 weeks while striving to increase the weight you lift each week, and one FULL PAGE of supplements. After you complete Phase 2, you may restart at Phase 1 and complete this program as many times as you want! (Remember... CONSISTENCY IS KEY)

This phase is focused on weightlifting while also shredding the maximum amount of fat. If followed consistently, you will see SIGNIFICANT changes to your physique. 

***Minimal equipment required. This program is suitable for MOST gyms.***

• Dumbbells
• Cables
• Bench
• Squat Rack (Smith Machine is OK, or can use barbell) 

• Barbell

• Pull-up Bar 

• Plates
• Leg Extension
• Treadmill
• Stair Master **if you do not have access to this, use treadmill instead
